Job summary

Aston Group is seeking a dedicated Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee nursing activities during weekend shifts under the Director of Nursing. The role focuses on supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high standards of resident care.

Responsibilities include care plan oversight, resident assessments, rounds, and providing direct care when needed. Florida-specific compliance and ongoing professional growth are emphasized in this role.

Qualifications

• RN license in state; comply with regulatory standards.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Peripheral IV certification required.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical care planning and delivery to ensure coordinated resident care and update care plans.
• Assess residents on admission and as their condition changes.
• Conduct regular rounds to evaluate resident status and identify needs.
• Provide or assist with direct resident care including ADLs, meals, medication and treatment administration, and leisure activities as appropriate.
