Job summary

Aston Group is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor in Florida to oversee nursing staff and day-to-day activities during the 3p–11p shift. The role requires ensuring care quality and regulatory compliance under the Director of Nursing.

Responsibilities include supervising care plans, assessing residents, performing rounds, and providing direct resident care when needed, including meds and ADLs.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of employment is required.
• BSN preferred for this supervisory role.
• Peripheral IV certification is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical care planning and delivery to ensure coordinated, quality resident care and review/update of care plans.
• Assess residents on admission and as their condition changes.
• Conduct regular rounds to evaluate resident status and identify needs.
• Provide or assist with direct resident care when necessary, including activities of daily living, meals, medications, and treatments.
