Job summary
Wellington Rehabilitation & Healthcare is seeking a Weekend Nursing Supervisor (RN) to lead our nursing team and provide high‑quality resident care on weekends. Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of practice.
- Minimum 3 years nursing experience (preferably in long‑term care or skilled nursing).
- At least 1 year of nursing administration experience.
- Strong leadership and decision‑making skills.
- Ability to work weekends with flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure adequate coverage and quality resident care.
- Participate in staff development and ongoing education.
- Direct hands‑on resident care per individualized care plans.
- Conduct and document resident assessments on admission and during stay.
- Assist in treatment planning while ensuring resident rights and policies.
- Recruit and retain skilled nursing staff.
- Address concerns from residents and families and resolve conflicts.
- Drive continuous improvement and support a positive management team.
