Qualifications

• Active RN license in Missouri (or compact state).
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in long‑term care/facility.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient with EHR systems; PointClickCare experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise weekend nursing staff and ensure quality resident care.
• Manage weekend admissions, discharges, and physician communications.
• Ensure PCC documentation is accurate and timely.
• Monitor medication administration and physician orders.
• Support infection control and safety policies.
• Provide staff education, coaching, and in‑service training.
• Deliver hands‑on care when needed and respond to resident changes.
