Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience (prefer in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar).
• At least 1 year of experience in nursing administration.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and decision‑making skills.
• Compassionate and dedicated to providing superior resident care.
• Ability to work weekends with flexibility and adaptability.
• Completion of Preceptor Training (or willingness to complete upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Lead & supervise nursing staff – manage daily staffing needs and quality resident care.
• Staff development & training – assist in ongoing education for staff.
• Direct resident care – provide hands-on nursing care per care plans.
• Resident assessments – conduct and document evaluations on admission and during stay.
• Treatment planning & compliance – develop and implement personalized plans.
• Recruit & retain nursing talent – participate in hiring and retention.
• Conflict resolution & advocacy – address concerns from residents and families.
• Drive continuous improvement – implement new ideas and support a results-driven team.
