Qualifications

Demonstrates leadership and can organize, plan and supervise the Nursing Department in coordination with other resident services.
Must demonstrate ability to follow policies, procedures, practices, and direction without the direct supervision of the Director of Nursing.
Must demonstrate ability to evaluate the geriatric resident's needs and implement systems.
Long-term care experience preferred.
