Job summary
Cleveland Care & Rehab Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to lead nursing care for residents in a senior living environment. The role involves supervising shifts, developing and executing individualized care plans, and ensuring orders are carried out accurately and promptly.
Qualified candidates will hold an RN license, CPR certification, and have 1+ year of nursing experience. The facility offers competitive pay, PTO after 30 days, and a comprehensive benefits package
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state
- CPR certification required
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to respond quickly in emergencies
Responsibilities
- Provide services that exceed standards and develop individualized nursing care plans
- Assess and document residents' conditions and nursing needs
- Administer medications and start IVs as ordered
- Delegate tasks to team members according to needs and qualifications
- Ensure supplies and equipment are properly maintained and secure
- Perform other duties as assigned
