Job summary

Hazelhurst Court Care and Rehab is seeking a Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor to oversee care in short term rehab and long-term care settings, reporting to the Director of Nursing.

The role includes developing and implementing individualized nursing care plans, orienting and supervising staff, and ensuring daily unit operations run smoothly on weekends. Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing and supervisory roles is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a RN with current license in the practicing state.
• Graduate of an approved school of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans to meet residents' needs.
• Assist in orientation and supervision of Nursing personnel.
• Attend daily unit operations per shift and assume leadership role as needed.
• Provide leadership as weekend supervisor to ensure quality of care.
