Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Supervise LPNs and CNAs during weekend shifts
- Ensure high-quality resident care and documentation
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and CMS rules
- Address clinical concerns, emergencies, and family needs
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams
- Monitor staffing, workflows, and resident safety
