Job summary

Wynwood Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to supervise the nursing team and oversee daily care for residents in a long‑term care setting. You will lead CNAs/GNAs, provide education, and ensure adherence to all policies and regulations.

The role involves coordinating shifts, conducting evaluations, and contributing to quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of resident care. NJ nursing license required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active RN license in the state of New Jersey.
• at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and state regulations governing long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day nursing activities for CNAs/GNAs and other nursing staff.
• Supervise, educate, and evaluate nursing personnel; administer discipline as needed.
• Coordinate services with resident care to ensure quality, age-appropriate care.
• Maintain Nursing Service Procedures Manual and ensure policy compliance.
• Participate in quality assurance, center surveys, and discharge planning.
