Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to provide clinical leadership and support the nursing team in a long-term care setting. You will oversee nursing staff during assigned shifts and help maintain high-quality resident care.

The role includes supervising medication distribution and conducting rounds, while educating staff and families and ensuring regulatory compliance. A NJ RN license and a nursing degree are required.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
• Experience supervising nursing staff in long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift, including medication distribution and patient care tasks.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times per shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents, and residents' families as needed.
• Ensure staff perform duties in compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Nursing leadership or Administrator.
