Job summary

Oceanside Care Center is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to join our Supervising team. The role focuses on coordinating resident care, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards, and maintaining high-quality services.

Responsibilities include initiating admissions assessments for new residents or hospital returns, coordinating the admission process with the interdisciplinary team, and supporting the Director of Nursing as a key member of the Nursing Management team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Acute Care/ Long Term Care Nursing.
• Leadership qualities and administrative competency.
• Reliable for attendance and punctuality.
• Strong organizational and communications skills with all levels of staff.
• Must be computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure quality of care and services to residents per standards.
• Initiate admissions assessments on new residents and hospital returns.
• Review PRI's and coordinate admission components with the interdisciplinary team.
• Assist Director of Nursing as a member of the Nursing Management team.
