Job summary

Oceanside is seeking a Nurse Supervisor for the 3pm–11pm shift. The RN Supervisor will support the Director of Nursing in delivering high‑quality care, ensure unit operations run smoothly, and mentor staff to meet care standards.

This role requires active RN licensure, with BSN preferred, and involves coordinating staffing to maintain safe, 24/7 patient care. We offer competitive pay and benefits with pay in lieu of certain benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure in the state.
• BSN preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Nursing with efficient and effective nursing care.
• Lead clinical operations of nursing units on assigned shift.
• Mentor staff, ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Coordinate staffing to provide safe 24/7 care and minimize overtime.
• Participate in staff recruitment and new-hire orientation.
