Eastern Healthcare Group is hiring RNs and LPNs for the Baylor Weekend Program. This role improves weekend coverage with an additional $5.00 per hour for Baylor shifts and offers daily pay options.

Work two 16-hour weekend shifts (Sat-Sun) or three 12-hour shifts within the Baylor window, with weekdays off. Provide skilled nursing, med administration, and supervise CNAs while maintaining compassionate resident care.

Qualifikationen

• RN or LPN with current, active state license.
• One year of related experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Excellent clinical documentation and communication skills.

• Provide quality nursing care to residents and administer medications.
• Supervise CNAs and ensure safety and compliance with policies.
• Document services and chart patient conditions.
• Perform rounds and monitor patient status; implement care plans.
