Eastern Healthcare Group is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the Baylor Weekend Program. The program targets weekend coverage with an additional $5.00 per hour on Baylor hours, alongside regular wages.

The Baylor role involves nursing care, medication administration, and supervising CNAs to ensure a safe, compassionate environment for residents, with a consistent weekend schedule and weekday days off.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year related nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal/written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care and administer medications.
• Supervise CNAs and coordinate resident care.
• Document services and chart admissions/discharges.
• Perform daily rounds to monitor resident status and adjust care plans.
• Ensure compliance with nursing policies and physician orders.
