Job summary

Eastern Healthcare Group seeks compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the Baylor Weekend Program. This role focuses on weekend coverage, quality patient care, and supervising CNAs, with compensation adjustments for Baylor weekend hours.

Baylor nurses earn an additional $5.00 per hour on top of their regular hourly rate for every hour worked during Baylor shifts, with a requirement for consistent weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Current, active state RN or LPN license.
• 1 year related experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor resident conditions and supervise CNAs.
• Maintain documentation of services rendered.
• Adhere to nursing policies and procedures.
