Job summary

Eastern Healthcare Group is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for our Baylor Weekend Program. The role focuses on weekend coverage with an additional $5.00 per hour for Baylor shifts.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring residents, and supervising CNAs while maintaining a safe, compassionate environment. Weekend scheduling is two 16-hour shifts, with possible 12-hour options, and weekdays off.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or LPN with active state license.
• CPR certification and basic clinical skills.
• Good English communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and administer medications per physician orders.
• Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition.
• Supervise CNAs to ensure quality care.
• Document services and complete admission/discharge notes.
