This role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care to residents, administering medications, and supervising CNAs while promoting a compassionate, safe environment.

The Baylor Weekend Program offers two 16-hour weekend shifts with a $5.00 per hour differential, weekday days off, and a predictable weekend schedule.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or LPN with an active state license.
• One year of related nursing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet physical and sensory requirements and provide care as directed.
• Supervise CNAs and ensure quality resident care.
• Document services and discharge planning notes; monitor resident status.
