Job summary

Eastern Healthcare Group is seeking dedicated RNs and LPNs to join its Baylor Weekend Program. Nurses earn an additional $5.00 per hour for scheduled Baylor weekend shifts while receiving their regular base rate on weekdays.

Work two 16-hour weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) with potential 12-hour weekend options. Weekend coverage is essential, with opportunities for tuition reimbursement and various health benefits. A strong commitment to patient-centered care is required.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in state
• CPR certification required
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Willingness to work weekends and Baylor schedule

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and administer medications
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes
• Supervise CNAs and ensure safe, compassionate environment
• Document services and prepare admission/discharge notes
• Perform rounds and implement care plans per physician orders
• Adhere to nursing policies and infection control procedures
