DOCS Health seeks registered nurses to join as independent contractors delivering health readiness services to military members in Texas. The role primarily spans weekends with occasional weekday coverage under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP).

You will evaluate health histories, review records, interview service members, identify urgent concerns (including behavioral health), and document results in the service member’s medical record in our system.

Formación

• Completion of an Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited registered nursing program.
• CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Unrestricted RN licensure in a U.S. state, territory, or commonwealth.
• Resilience, strong communication skills, and ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview service members to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify urgent concerns including behavioral health issues and address them.
• Document interview results for readiness classification in the medical record using the proprietary system.
