Job summary

DOCS Health in Massachusetts seeks a Registered Nurse to join our independent contractor network, primarily on weekends, under the Reserve Health Readiness Program. You will review histories, interview personnel, and document readiness in the medical record while contributing to a mobile clinic and fixed-site care model.

Requirements include an Associate or Bachelor’s RN degree, CPR/BLS, a minimum of 2 years of clinical RN experience, and an unrestricted license.

Qualifications

• Completion of an Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited RN program.
• Unrestricted RN license in a US state, territory, or Commonwealth.
• CPR and BLS certification at minimum.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview service members to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify urgent concerns including Behavioral Health.
• Document interview results for readiness classification in the medical record.
