Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking Registered Nurses to partner as independent contractors providing clinical services to military service members in Massachusetts, primarily on weekends with occasional weekday shifts under the Reserve Health Readiness Program.

Responsibilities include health assessments, reviewing medical histories, and interviewing personnel to determine concerns. Candidates must have an RN degree, CPR/BLS certification, and an unrestricted license.

Qualifications

• Completion of an Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited registered nursing program.
• Must hold CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Must hold an unrestricted license in a US state, territory, or Commonwealth.
• Resilience, strong communication, and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview military personnel to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify concerns needing immediate attention, including Behavioral Health.
• Document interview results for readiness classification in the medical record.
