Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking Registered Nurses to join as independent contractors delivering health services to military service members in Massachusetts. The role emphasizes weekend coverage with occasional weekdays under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) and requires an active RN license and current CPR/BLS.

You will review health histories, interview service members, assess readiness, and document findings in the medical record using our system.

Qualifications

• RN with degree from accredited program and active US state license.
• CPR and BLS certifications are required.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent RN clinical experience.
• Unrestricted RN license in a US state.

Responsibilities

• Support physical health assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, medical records, and questionnaires.
• Interview service members to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify urgent concerns including behavioral health.
• Document interview results in the service member's medical record using the proprietary system.
