Qualifications

• Unrestricted state licensure in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support physical health assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history and medical records, administer medical questionnaires.
• Interview personnel to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Document interview results for readiness classification in the medical record.
