Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Illinois Nursing licensure required.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP may be required within six months depending on unit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Float across Swedish inpatient units as part of the Resource Team.
• Provide high-quality, individualized, goal-directed nursing care.
• Adhere to hospital nursing standards and maintain thorough documentation.
• Promote patient safety and mentor/guide junior staff as needed.
