Job summary

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Illinois Nursing licensure.
• American Heart Association CPR Certification.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP may be required within six months depending on the unit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Float across Swedish inpatient units to support care delivery.
• Provide high quality, individualized nursing care guided by the nursing process.
• Maintain competency and document care thoroughly and timely.
• Guide and supervise nursing staff and promote patient safety.
• Integrate evidence-based practice and research findings into nursing practice.
