Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a supportive team at Legacy at Town Creek in Palestine, TX. This role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employment and the chance to grow under guidance from experienced clinical leadership.

You will collaborate with the Medical Director and physicians to plan nursing services, evaluate residents, and support career growth for teammates while ensuring high-quality care for residents located in Palestine, TX 75801.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• $1000 sign-on bonus for FT employment paid out 30-60-90 days

Responsibilities

• Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services to be performed for the resident.
• Helping your team members grow their careers—you will change lives!
• Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.
