Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN/LVN) for a full-time role at Legacy at Town Creek in Palestine, TX. You will collaborate with the Medical Director and physicians to evaluate residents and plan nursing services, helping the team grow while ensuring high-quality care.

We offer FT hours with 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am shifts, every other weekend off, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid after 30-60-90 days.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LPN/LVN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Shifts available 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am, with every other weekend off.
• FT employment includes a $1000 sign-on bonus paid at 30-60-90 days.

What You'll be Doing

• Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you.


• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services to be performed for the resident.


• Helping your team members grow their careers - you will change lives!


• Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems.


• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.
