Job summary

The Ridge Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Weekend Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) to join the skilled nursing facility team for Friday–Sunday shifts. You will evaluate and treat residents with breathing disorders, operate respiratory care equipment, and monitor responses under physician supervision.

Qualifications include a California license, 2–4 years of experience, CPR/BLS, and knowledge of long‑term care regulations. This weekend role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of direct Respiratory Therapy experience.
• Current Respiratory License in the state.
• Current and valid CPR/BLS certification.
• Knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines for long‑term care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat and care for residents with breathing disorders under physician direction; set up and operate respiratory care equipment and monitor physiological responses to therapy.
