Job summary

The Savoy at Fort Lauderdale Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Pembroke Park, FL is seeking a full-time Respiratory Therapist to join our geriatric care team. The role requires a current state license and the ability to evaluate and treat residents independently in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of COARC accredited AS or BS Respiratory program.
• Licensed as RRT or CRT in the state of practice.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Completes bedside respiratory assessments and implements therapies.
• Initiates therapies, maintains patient records, and operates equipment.
• Completes daily, weekly and monthly documentation.
• Attends IDT meetings and collaborates with nursing staff.

Education
