Morningside House of Leesburg, a leading assisted living community in Leesburg, VA, is hiring a Part-Time Weekend Resident Care Attendant to assist residents with daily living activities. This role reports to the Health & Wellness Director and supports resident dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CNA or CHHA licensure preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Follow resident needs schedule.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily log of assistance.
• Inform supervisor of concerns.
• Respect independence and dignity of residents.
• Maintain resident confidentiality.
• Attend required training and staff meetings.
• Maintain a safe working environment and prevent accidents.
• Uphold policies of Morningside Elite Management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
