Morningside House Senior Living is hiring a Resident Care Attendant to support residents at our Hanover, MD community on an every-other-weekend schedule. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, ensuring dignity and safety, and working under the Health & Wellness Director.

This position offers competitive pay and a range of benefits, including attendance and referral bonuses, PTO, and insurance options. CNA/CHHA licensure is preferred.

Formación

• A High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• May require CNA or CHHA licensure.

Responsabilidades

• Provides assistance with activities of daily living.
• Follows the residents' needs schedule as set by supervisor.
• Provides emotional and social support to residents.
• Documents daily logs of assistance.
• Informs supervisor of resident issues or concerns.
• Maintains independence and dignity of residents.
