Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• CNA or CHHA licensure may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and maintain resident dignity.
• Follow the schedule of resident needs set by supervisor.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily log of assistance.
• Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
• Respect resident confidentiality and independence.
• Attend required training and staff meetings.
• Maintain a safe working environment and proper use of equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
