Supportwave is hiring an IT Support Technician for Saturdays and Sundays, fully remote in the USA. The role provides Tier 2 help desk coverage from 8am–5pm CT, focusing on remote troubleshooting and user support across Windows and Microsoft 365 environments, with weekend availability.

Candidates will diagnose issues, manage tickets in PSA systems, document resolutions, and ensure timely response and incident resolution during weekend shifts while maintaining clear, professional communication

Qualifications

• Tier 2 IT support / help desk experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
• Strong Windows troubleshooting skills
• Experience with ticketing systems and PSA tools
• Ability to troubleshoot remotely and efficiently

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 IT support and help desk services for escalated issues
• Manage and resolve tickets using ticketing systems and PSA tools
• Deliver remote troubleshooting for Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
• Assist users with software, hardware, and connectivity problems
• Document resolutions and maintain accurate records in support systems
• Ensure timely response and resolution during weekend shifts
