Lifetime Roofing in Spring, TX is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Administrative Assistant to join our team in a hybrid/on-site role. You will serve as the face and voice of clients, manage schedules, and keep CRM data accurate, while supporting marketing and office operations.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in customer service or admin, a high school diploma (associate/bachelor a plus), and proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM software, and social media platforms.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Proficient with Google, Gmail, Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM software; comfortable with social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails, set appointments, greet visitors with a welcoming attitude.
• Maintain and update customer records and invoices in the CRM.
• Keep office scheduling and digital files organized; prepare reports and marketing materials.
• Support the marketing team with basic social media content and posting.
• Collaborate with management and other departments on admin projects.
