Rolling Hills Retirement Community is seeking a Relief Cook to cover Saturdays and Sundays in our scratch-based kitchen. You will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner, ensuring dishes are safely cooked, visually appealing, and portioned to resident preferences.

You’ll work closely with residents and team members to foster a warm, family-like atmosphere, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety in a busy weekend service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old
• Weekend availability: Saturdays and Sundays, at least 8 hours per day
• Ability to read, speak and understand basic English

Responsabilités

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes across proteins and vegetables
• Contribute ideas during meetings and stay attentive during service
• Complete opening and closing tasks and support teammates
• Keep stations stocked and organized, refresh pantry items and monitor refrigeration
• Maintain a sanitary kitchen by cleaning and logging temperatures
