Job summary

Responsibilities include delivering patient-centered care, aiding in discharge planning, and collaborating with the care team to develop and implement individualized plans. Must be licensed, CPR-certified, and in good standing.

• Implement plan of care consistently, effectively and cost efficiently with focus on resident centered outcomes by utilizing all appropriate resources for resident, family or responsible party counseling and discharge planning.
• Work with physicians and other health care professionals by sharing information relevant to changing plan of care
• Deliver and maintain optimum resident care and comfort by applying current nursing practices.

We rely on and trust our Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality healthcare and enrich the lives of our patients and residents. The right candidate for this role is a dedicated and compassionate team-player.

Baylor Schedule
Work three 12-hour shifts every weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and receive Baylor incentive pay in accordance with company policy.

Opportunities are available to pick up additional shifts and earn incentive bonuses.

Schedule:

• Friday -- 12-hour shift

Qualifications:

• Currently Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice required


• Must hold and maintain a current CPR certification. Licensed nursing staff are required to obtain their CPR certification within 90 days of hire.


• License in good standing with the state. Must have no finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.
