- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- 1 year of related nursing experience
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents per the nursing process.
- May serve as Medication/Treatment Nurse, unit Charge Nurse, or Supervisor.
- Direct day-to-day functions of LPNs and CNAs while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Document care and services per facility policies and procedures.
- Communicate with physicians and document changes in resident condition.
