Job summary

Webster Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead nursing operations on Saturdays and Sundays. The role ensures safe, high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and effective communication with physicians and staff during assigned shifts.

The ideal candidate has a Massachusetts RN license, BLS CPR, and at least 2 years of nursing experience in a fast-paced setting. Training provided; benefits available; 110-bed facility with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in Massachusetts.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents, families, staff, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.
