Job summary

CareOne at Wilmington is hiring a Registered Nurse in Wilmington, MA to provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with the nursing process. You may serve as Medication/Treatment Nurse, unit Charge Nurse, or Supervisor, and lead day-to-day LPN/CNA activities while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Current RN license in the state of practice (Massachusetts).
• At least 1 year of related nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents following the nursing process.
• May function as Medication/Treatment Nurse, unit Charge Nurse, or Supervisor.
• Direct day-to-day functions of LPNs and CNAs, ensuring regulatory and facility policy compliance.
• Assess and respond to resident conditions using the nursing process.
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to maintain high standards of care.
• Document care and services per policy; complete incident and reporting requirements.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to physicians with objective/subjective assessments.
