Job summary

CareOne is hiring a Registered Nurse in Brookline, MA, to oversee nursing care and the nursing process for residents in a long-term care setting. The role may include duties as a Medication/Treatment Nurse, unit Charge Nurse, or Supervisor, with oversight of LPNs and CNAs.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate's Degree in Nursing, is currently licensed as an RN in the state, and has at least 1 year of related nursing experience. Benefit-heavy schedule available for PT/FT staff.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing completed.
• Current RN licensure in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per the nursing process.
• May serve as Medication/Treatment Nurse, unit Charge Nurse, or Supervisor.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assess and respond to residents' conditions using nursing processes.
• Communicate with the interdisciplinary team to maintain high standards of care.
• Document changes and nursing plans per facility policies.
