Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate nursing staff and patient care in a healthcare setting.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Assist with discharge planning and ensure smooth transitions for patients.
- Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families.
