Job summary

Dynamic Systems, a division of Ho-Chunk, Inc., seeks a Weekend Quality Control Manager to implement and oversee site QC programs at Walter Reed in Bethesda. You will lead inspections, audits, and corrective actions to ensure compliance with contract and regulatory standards while coordinating with program leadership and external stakeholders.

The role requires strong analytical skills, extensive QC experience in healthcare facilities, and the ability to work weekend AM/PM shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year minimum in quality control or facilities management.
• 2 years in quality control evaluation in healthcare facilities.
• 2+ years in healthcare facilities Operations.
• Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, and The Joint Commission standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and standard office software.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain site-specific quality control processes and procedures.
• Conduct routine inspections, audits, and assessments for quality deficiencies.
• Collaborate with program managers to develop QC plans and performance strategies.
• Monitor quality of materials, workmanship, services, and processes.
• Document, track, and report quality findings and corrective actions.
• Ensure QC documentation is audit-ready and complete.
• Identify quality risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Investigate root causes and coordinate corrective actions.
• Gather and evaluate customer feedback related to service quality.
• Use quality data to support continuous improvement.
• Coordinate QC activities with EH, AEH, QA Supervisors, and Housekeeping Supervisors.
• Manage budgets and resources for QC activities.
• Communicate QC status and outcomes to clients and leadership.
• Provide training to QC personnel on standards and procedures.
