Job summary

Dynamic Systems, a division of Ho-Chunk, Inc., is seeking a Quality Control Manager for the Walter Reed area in Bethesda. This full-time AM shift role focuses on implementing and improving site-specific QC programs to meet contract requirements and regulatory standards.

You will lead inspections, audits, corrective actions, and QA reporting, mentor QC staff, and coordinate with EH teams to ensure audit-ready documentation and continuous improvement across healthcare facilities operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year in quality control or facilities management.
• 2 years in quality control in healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain site-specific QC processes.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and assessments.
• Develop QC plans with program managers.
• Monitor materials, workmanship, and processes.
• Document, track, and report findings and actions.
• Ensure audit-ready QC records and reports.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Investigate root causes and coordinate corrective actions.
• Coordinate with EH/AEH and QA Supervisors.
• Provide training to QC personnel.
