Ho-Chunk, Inc.’s Dynamic Systems division seeks a PM Quality Control Manager to implement and continuously improve QC programs in healthcare facility operations. You will oversee inspections, audits, documentation, corrective actions, and risk mitigation while collaborating with program leadership and external stakeholders.

The role requires experience in quality control within healthcare facilities, OSHA/NFPA/Joint Commission knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience in a related quality control or facilities management field.
• 2+ years of quality control evaluation and reporting within facilities management operations.
• Minimum of two years in healthcare facilities.
• Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, and Joint Commission standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and standard office software.

Aufgaben

• Implement and maintain site-specific quality control processes and procedures.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and assessments to identify deficiencies or non-compliance.
• Collaborate with program managers to develop and refine quality control plans.
• Monitor quality of materials, workmanship, services, and processes across the project lifecycle.
• Document, track, and report quality findings and corrective actions.
• Ensure QC documentation is accurate and audit-ready.
• Identify quality risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate corrective actions with EH, AEH, QA Supervisors, and Housekeeping Supervisors.
• Gather and evaluate customer feedback related to service quality.
