• 2+ years of experience in quality control evaluation and reporting within facilities management operations.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare facilities.
• Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, and The Joint Commission standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and standard office software.
• Ability to work independently with minimal daily supervision.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Aufgaben

• Implement and maintain site-specific quality control processes and procedures using company-approved systems and software.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and assessments to identify quality deficiencies, non-compliance, or gaps.
• Collaborate with program managers to develop and refine QC plans and performance strategies.
• Monitor the quality of materials, workmanship, services, and processes throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Document, track, and report quality findings, trends, and corrective actions.
• Ensure QC documentation is accurate, complete, and audit-ready.
• Identify potential quality risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Investigate root causes and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Gather and evaluate customer feedback related to service quality and compliance.
• Use quality data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with EH, AEH, QA Supervisors, and Housekeeping Supervisors to align QC with contract requirements.
• Manage budgets and resources for QC activities.
• Communicate QC status, risks, and outcomes to clients, regulators, and leadership.
• Provide training and ongoing guidance to QC personnel.
