Job summary

PacAero is seeking a Weekend Shift QC Inspector (Machining) in Agawam, MA to inspect high-precision machined components for aerospace applications. You will perform dimensional and visual inspections using micrometers, calipers, and CMMs, ensuring adherence to drawings and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have experience with precision inspection, GD&T, and a proactive approach to quality, with the ability to work on a three-shift weekend schedule onsite and collaborate with cross-functional

Qualifications

• Experience inspecting machined components in manufacturing
• Ability to read engineering drawings and tolerances
• Familiarity with GD&T and precision measurement equipment

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections of precision machined components
• Verify parts meet drawings, specs and QA requirements
• Maintain inspection records and document nonconformances
