Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service, call center, dispatch, or related experience.
• Ability to handle stressed situations and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Receives and calmly responds to routine and emergency calls via telephone or radio.
• Dispatches campus officers and external agencies as necessary.
• Researches and provides information for officers and callers.
• Monitors local police, fire, EMS, and weather incidents.
• Documents calls and incidents in the system.
• Maintains campus CCTV and building/classroom access information.
• Serves as a Campus Security Authority (CSA) under the Clery Act.
