Qualifications

• Must understand and follow directions and pass all Food Safety courses in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers with decimals.
• Read and follow work instructions and communicate effectively with coworkers.
• Work independently with good self-management and be mechanically inclined.

Responsabilités

• Attend and be on time for all pre-shift production meetings.
• Adhere to food safety and safety programs.
• Complete required Alchemy courses throughout the year.
• Execute the daily production schedule and process orders in sequence.
• Ensure mixed dough is prepared when needed and follow mixing instructions.
