The ideal candidate will have manufacturing or food processing experience and the ability to follow precise instructions, measure ingredients accurately, and maintain accurate production records. Safety and sanitation procedures must be followed throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing, production, food processing, mixing, or machine operating experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately measure and weigh ingredients.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and written instructions.
• Ability to complete production and quality documentation accurately.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh and measure raw ingredients according to recipes and batch requirements.
• Operate industrial mixers, pumps, blenders, and other production equipment.
• Monitor batches for proper consistency, color, and pH levels.
• Follow food safety, HACCP, sanitation, and company safety procedures.
• Record ingredient batch numbers, weights, processing times, and other production information.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Keep work areas and equipment clean and sanitary.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily production goals.
• Report equipment issues or product quality concerns to management.
